Product & Service Statement

Popsy! cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they have been picked up or delivered. All balloon sales are final. 

Balloons are, by nature, temporary items. Although Popsy! uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons may deflate sooner than expected. Balloons may also be adversely affected by wind, rain, sunlight, rough handling, and other uncontrollable factors.

Due to unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes that are in the best interest of our clients.  

Payment

Payment is due 24 hours prior to your install date. If final payment is not rendered 24 hours prior to install, your install will not be delivered. 

Stands, Bases and Arches

Bases and stands are loaned on a 24 hour basis. You will be liable for a $100/per item replacement cost of lost or damaged items. 

Weather Clause

In the event that the weather becomes an issue for your event, clients may delay their order if they contact Popsy! 36 hours prior to their install. If the client does not have any alternative weather plan and does not contact Popsy! 36 hours prior, full payment will be due.
